Caulking Cord

Menardi supplies EDPM rubber "0" ring gasket
for caulked, gasketed, recessed chamber plates,
as well as sash caulking cord in various sizes.

Drainage Grids

Menardi provides replacement grids for practically any style OEM drainage grid. Our grids are available in all standard OEM thicknesses for direct installation under the division strips or they may be notched to install flush with the division strips for scraper discharge filters.

Filter Paper

Good filtration with filter paper depends on two elements, the retention of the filter paper and the speed of the filter paper. Fast papers will retain only coarse particles, slower papers retain fine particles. The optimum choice is a paper which is as fast as possible, yet retains all visible particles giving a clear filtrate. Certain conditions will weaken a paper such as suction, heavy precipitates or chemical attack. Therefore for any of these conditions, use a paper with high wet strength.

Roll Goods

We provide filtration medias as roll goods to meet any performance need. Aramid, acrylic, polyester, polypropylene, and nylon, and PPS felted and woven medias are just a few of the available choices.

Scraper Paddles

All-plastic spatulas are used to dislodge sludge cake from filter cloths . . . and minimizes damage to cloths. 13 1/2" long spatulas are suitable for plates up to 800 mm; 40" long are available for larger plates.

Doctor Blades

Our urethane scaper blades for belt filter press dewatering systems help prevent damage to belting surfaces - especially the belt lacing. That's because their unique construction combines urethane materials to two different hardnesses: one part is rigid to support load pressures, and the second is softer to provide a resilient blade edge. Molded together, they produce one tough scraper blade that stands up to the most severe conditions and pressures, yet resists wear while providing superior belt cleaning performance. The slight flexing action of the softer urethane contact edge allows belt lacing to pass under the scraper without joint stress, resulting in longer life to both belt and lacing.
