Electrostatic Grounding Options
If you have a problem with static buildup in your baghouse, Menardi offers various options to solve this condition. Grounding wires of stainless steel or copper can be sewn into your bags for applications that are prone to the buildup of static charge. Special conductive felts, containing carbon or stainless fibers are used for especially critical situations.

Manufacturing Know-How
 The key to optimum performance of fiberglass filter bags lies in the application of the chemical finish to the fiberglass fabric prior to the fabrication of the filter bags. These finishes protect the fiberglass yarns from harsh high temperature gases and provide a lubricant during the flexing which occurs in operation. Menardi is the only filter bag manufacturer that has the capability of applying these specialized chemical finishes. Not only were we the first to apply these finishes, but we continue to refine and develop new fabric treatments to extend filter bag life and improve performance.
